Nut Brown Honey Fuggle

Ingredients:
- 3.75 lbs. Coopers Nut Brown LME
- 2 lbs. Dark plain spraymalt
- 1/2 lb. 60 Lov Crystal malt grains
- 1/4 lb. Chocolate malt grains
- 1/4 lb. Black patent malt grains
- 2 oz. Fuggles (4.2%) boiling
- 1/2 oz. Willamette (5.1%) finishing
- 12 oz Honey
- 1 tsp. Irish Moss
- 2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
- 7g Coopers Brewmasters Selection Yeast
Procedure:
1) Steep grains @ 165°F for 20 min. Sparge with 2 cups
boiling water.
2) Add LME, Spraymalt and Fuggles and bring to a rolling
boil for 20 min.
3) Add Irish Moss, Cinnamon and finishing hops and boil
for 10 min.
4) Add honey and finish for 5 min.
5) Prepare dry yeast with 110°F warm water and pitch when
wort is cooled to 75-80°F
O.G. should be ~ 1.045, F.G. ~ 1.010
